BPM 2012 is the tenth conference in a series that provides the most prestigious forum for researchers and practitioners in the field of Business Process Management (BPM).

BPM 2012 was held in Tallinn, Estonia on 3-6 September 2012 under the auspices of the Institute of Computer Science of University of Tartu. Tallinn is a progressive and dynamic city with a milenary history. The picturesque Tallinn Old Town, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, is a unique pearl of medieval architecture, considered as one of the most intact medieval city centres in the world.
The next edition of the conference (BPM 2013) will be held in Beijing, China, under the auspices of Tsinghua University. We hope to meet you there.
